It seems like Russell Brunson is everywhere these days. He has written articles for several magazines, he has been on TV numerous times, and has been invited into more think tanks and discussion groups to go over his ideas. But have you noticed that he has been giving out free advice about events and leadership and individuals and what works? I recently did a search for Russell Brunson quotations and came up with many videos and articles and then compiled them into this little collection of the best.

“A lot has been said recently about leadership. What’s up today, this is Russell Brunson yet again. Still in beautiful Puerto Rico enjoying some of the best marketers, thought leaders, and personal development gurus on the planet. My objective is simple, to help you become your own best leader, irrespective of whether you’re old or young.”

“If you are not doing anything, stop doing nothing. Don’t go chasing every limelight available, do not sit around waiting for somebody else to do something, do it yourself. There are so many ideas out there it is not possible to take the time to learn them. Find one, learn it, and go out and live it. When I left school, I said that I wanted to become an entrepreneur. Today, that dream is now reality.”

“The difference between failure and success is the amount of work you put in. Most people appear to expect that the longer they do, the better they will be. The problem is that most people never discover how to do enough to make it effective, and if they try, they will fail.”

“What’s the worst that can happen? You make a mistake, and you pay the purchase price, but it is nothing compared to what might happen if you succeed. Have you ever noticed that few men and women who seem to live the life that they’re supposed to live always seem to fail in one way or another? That’s because most of them never took the time to learn what they did not know.”

“The only way to get to direction is to accept the fact that you don’t have all the answers, and then begin to find them out. If you’re reluctant to change, that’s the indication of someone who doesn’t want to lead.” “The first step to leadership is being able to see where you’re not going and fixing that.” “A great leader doesn’t just bark out orders; he listens to what his people are telling him and uses that information to develop new ideas.”

“A fantastic leader understands that leaders get good results by acting decisively, by showing creativity, and by inspiring confidence. Leaders do not act based on rumors; they rely on solid facts. They plan ahead. They think before they act. They take responsibility.

“A good leader knows that nobody likes a do-it-yourself; everybody wants some help along the way. They recognize that it’s not enough to just know the right thing to do; they must have the ability to take it out.” “The best leaders aren’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Mistakes are an essential part of learning, but mistakes should not stop you until you can get back on your feet.”

“A business has a better probability of success if its products or services are exceptional, well priced, and widely available.” “Your customers will trust your judgment and take your advice seriously when you’re careful about their interests and their needs.” “You do not have to be perfect to be great in company; the more things you’re willing to risk, the greater your chances for success.” “To be truly great at what you do, you need to have a passion for this, and it should be a reflection of who you are.”

This publication discusses various leadership styles. It lists the features of each style, including: modesty, sway, honor, assertiveness, and esteem. I strongly recommend this book to anybody who has ever considered becoming a leader, and especially someone who has a background in business or management. This book gives a clear picture of exactly how critical leadership is, and how to develop leadership skills. Russell Brunson is a leader who achieved tremendous success as both an executive and a coach.

He’s written an extremely interesting and thought provoking read that everyone should read. If you are looking for an exceptional introduction to the topic, with good info and effective leadership strategies, this is it. Highly suggested.
