Russel Brunson Companies

It seems like Russell Brunson is everywhere these days. He has written articles for several magazines, he has been on TV numerous times, and has been invited into more think tanks and discussion groups to discuss his ideas. But have you noticed that he’s also been giving away free advice about leadership and events and individuals and what works? I recently did a search for Russell Brunson quotations and came up with many videos and articles and then compiled them into this small list of the best.

“A lot has been said recently about direction. What’s up today, this is Russell Brunson yet again. Still in beautiful Puerto Rico enjoying some of the best marketers, thought leaders, and personal development gurus on the planet. My objective is simple, to help you become your own best leader, regardless of whether you’re young or old.”

“If you aren’t doing anything, stop doing nothing. Do not go chasing every limelight available, do not sit around waiting for somebody else to do something, do it yourself. There are a lot of ideas out there it’s not possible to take the time to learn them. Find one, learn it, and go out and live it. When I left school, I said I wanted to become an entrepreneur. Today, that dream has become reality.”

“The difference between success and failure is the amount of work you put in. Most people seem to expect that the longer they do, the better they’ll be. The problem is that most people never discover the way to do enough to make it successful, and if they try, they’ll fail.”

“What is the worst that can happen? You make a mistake, and you pay the price, but it is nothing compared to what might happen if you succeed. Maybe you have noticed that few men and women who seem to live the life that they’re supposed to live always appear to fail in one way or another? That’s because most of them never took the time to learn what they did not know.”

“The only way to get to leadership is to accept the fact that you don’t have all of the answers, and then start to figure them out. If you’re unwilling to change, that is the indication of a person who doesn’t want to lead.” “The first step to leadership is being able to see where you are not going and fixing that.” “A good leader doesn’t just bark out orders; he listens to what his people are telling him and uses that information to come up with new ideas.”

“A fantastic leader realizes that leaders get great results by acting decisively, by demonstrating creativity, and by inspiring confidence. Leaders don’t act based on rumors; they rely on solid facts. They plan ahead. They think before they act. They take responsibility.

“A good leader knows that nobody likes a do-it-yourself; everyone wants some assistance along the way. They recognize that it is not enough to just know the perfect thing to do; they must be able to carry it out.” “The best leaders aren’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Mistakes are a crucial part of learning, but mistakes should not stop you until you can get back on your feet.”

“A business has a better chance of success if its products or services are unique, well priced, and widely available.” “Your customers will trust your judgment and take your advice more seriously when you’re careful about their interests and their needs.” “You don’t have to be perfect to be great in business; the more things you’re willing to risk, the greater your odds for success.” “To be truly great at what you do, you will need to have a passion for this, and it ought to be a reflection of who you are.”

This book discusses various leadership styles. It lists the features of each style, including: modesty, influence, honor, assertiveness, and esteem. I highly recommend this book to anybody who has ever considered becoming a leader, and especially someone who has a background in business or management. This book gives a very clear picture of just how critical leadership is, and how to develop leadership skills. Russell Brunson is a leader who achieved tremendous success as both an executive and a coach.

He’s written an extremely interesting and thought provoking read that everyone should read. If you’re looking for an excellent introduction to the topic, with solid information and effective leadership strategies, this is it. Highly recommended.
