4 Employees 40 Hour Work Week 24 7

It feels like Russell Brunson is everywhere these days. He has written articles for several magazines, he’s been on TV numerous times, and has been invited to think tanks and discussion groups to discuss his ideas. But have you noticed that he’s also been giving out free advice about events and leadership and individuals and what works? I recently did a search for Russell Brunson quotations and came up with many articles and videos and then compiled them into this little list of the best.

“A lot has been said lately about direction. What’s up now, this is Russell Brunson yet again. Still in beautiful Puerto Rico enjoying some of the best marketers, thought leaders, and personal development gurus on the planet. My goal is simple, to help you become your own best leader, irrespective of whether you’re old or young.”

“If you aren’t doing anything, stop doing nothing. Don’t go chasing every limelight available, do not sit around waiting for someone else to do something, do it yourself. There are a lot of ideas out there it is not possible to take the time to learn them. Find one, learn it, and go out and live it. When I left school, I said that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Today, that dream is now reality.”

“The difference between failure and success is the amount of work you put in. Most individuals appear to expect that the more they do, the better they will be. The issue is that most people never find out the way to do enough to make it effective, and if they try, they will fail.”

“What’s the worst that can happen? You make a mistake, and you pay the purchase price, but it’s nothing compared to what could happen if you succeed. Maybe you have noticed that few men and women who appear to live the life they’re supposed to live always seem to fail in one way or another? That is because most of them never took the time to learn what they didn’t know.”

“The only way to get to leadership is to accept the fact that you don’t have all the answers, and then start to find them out. If you are reluctant to change, that’s the sign of a person who doesn’t want to lead.” “The first step to leadership is having the ability to see where you are not going and fixing that.” “A great leader doesn’t just bark out orders; he also listens to what his people are telling him and utilizes that information to develop new ideas.”

“A good leader understands that leaders get good results by acting decisively, by demonstrating creativity, and by inspiring confidence. Leaders don’t act based on rumors; they rely on solid facts. They plan ahead. They think before they act. They take responsibility.

“A great leader knows that nobody likes a do-it-yourself; everybody wants some assistance along the way. They recognize that it is not enough to just know the perfect thing to do; they must be able to take it out.” “The best leaders are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Mistakes are a crucial part of learning, but errors should not stop you until you can get back on your feet.”

“A company has a better chance of success if its products or services are unique, well priced, and broadly available.” “Your clients will trust your judgment and take your advice seriously when you’re careful about their interests and their needs.” “You do not have to be perfect to be good in business; the more things you’re willing to risk, the greater your chances for success.” “To be truly great at what you do, you will need to have a passion for this, and it should be a reflection of who you are.”

This book discusses various leadership styles. It lists the features of each style, including: modesty, influence, honor, assertiveness, and esteem. I strongly recommend this book to anybody who has ever considered becoming a leader, and especially someone that has a background in business or management. This book gives a clear picture of just how critical leadership is, and how to develop leadership skills. Russell Brunson is a leader who achieved tremendous success as both an executive and a trainer.

He has written a very interesting and thought provoking read that everyone should read. If you are looking for an excellent introduction to the topic, with good information and effective leadership strategies, this is it. Highly suggested.
